1. Where We Ship
AshkiWorks ships worldwide, to customers in every region.
Destination availability may vary based on carrier coverage, local import rules, or temporary delivery disruptions.
If checkout is temporarily unavailable for your destination or you have questions about shipping to your region, please visit our Contact page and submit the form. We will help confirm the best option for your address.
2. Order Handling Time
All products are made to order and printed in-house. Every order goes through a production step before it ships.
Handling time: 1β3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Handling time begins the next business day after your payment is confirmed. Once production is complete and your order is packed, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
During high-demand periods (holidays, new releases), handling time may extend to 3β5 business days. We will always communicate delays proactively.
3. Shipping & Estimated Delivery
Shipping rates are flat by region and calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address. You will see the cost before completing payment.
Free shipping is available on orders over USD $50. For Canadian pricing, free shipping is available on orders over CAD $70.
Estimated delivery: 3β10 business days after shipment, depending on your destination. Orders to nearer regions typically arrive toward the shorter end of that window; more distant destinations toward the longer end.
Total estimated time to delivery = handling time + transit time.
Example: an order placed on Monday, processed in 2 business days (Wednesday), will typically arrive within 3β10 business days from that point.
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays due to carrier volume, customs, or local conditions are outside our control.
4. Carriers
We ship through trusted couriers and global shipping partners, selected based on your destination for the most reliable service.
For international deliveries, your shipment may be handed to a local courier partner once it arrives in your destination country.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.
5. PO Boxes & Rural Addresses
We ship to most PO boxes and rural/remote addresses, depending on carrier availability for your destination. If your address cannot be serviced, we will contact you before processing the order.
Military addresses (APO/FPO) are not currently supported.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes:
- Your order number (e.g. AW-0001)
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment on the carrier's website
If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then visit our Contact page and submit the form with your order number.
7. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are assessed by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Import thresholds and duty-free allowances vary by country and may change without notice.
AshkiWorks is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Package shows as delivered but you haven't received it: Wait 24 hours - carrier tracking sometimes updates before physical delivery. Check with neighbours or your building mailroom. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If the package is confirmed lost after the carrier investigation:
- Visit our Contact page and submit the form within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- Include your order number and tracking number
- We will open a claim with the carrier and, once resolved, either reship your order or issue a refund
Package shows as in transit but significantly delayed: If your package is more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please visit our Contact page and submit the form. We will investigate with the carrier.
AshkiWorks is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan. If you are concerned about porch theft, consider using a secure delivery location or PO box.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. AshkiWorks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order: Please visit our Contact page and submit the form as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot redirect it. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund for the items only.

In summary: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.
