1. Overview

We want you to feel confident ordering from AshkiWorks. If something is not right, we are here to help.

This policy applies to all orders placed through ashkiworks.com.

2. Return Window

You may request an approved return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests made after 30 days are not accepted.

3. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

All returns must be approved before anything is sent back.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, we will make it right.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include your order number and photos.

If approved, you may be eligible for a refund, and a return may not be required.

5. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you the next steps.

Please do not send a return without approval first. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Approved returns may be eligible for a refund.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued after review and approval.

If approved, the refund is sent to your original payment method.

Processing time is typically 5-10 business days.

8. Exchanges

We do not support exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order instead.
